At Saptashrungi Bahuddeshiya Mahila Sanstha, Dhule

We believe that true empowerment begins with economic independence. Our focus is on enabling women to stand on their own feet through skill development and income-generating activities.

✅ Key Initiatives:

Formation and strengthening of Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
Training programs in tailoring, beauty parlor, agarbatti making, spice preparation, papad making, etc.
More than 12,000 women have successfully completed skill training, and many have started their own micro-businesses.
Women are supported with financial literacy, savings habits, and entrepreneurship guidance, ensuring long-term sustainability.

✨ Impact: Thousands of women have moved from dependency to financial stability, gaining respect and confidence within their families and society.

Women Strengthening (Mahila Sakshamikaran)

Women’s empowerment is not just about skills; it is also about awareness, health, and rights. Our organization works tirelessly to create holistic development programs that strengthen women physically, mentally, and socially.

✅ Key Initiatives:

Health awareness camps focusing on maternal health, nutrition, hygiene, and women’s wellness.
Legal awareness programs to educate women about their rights against domestic violence, child marriage, dowry, and exploitation.
Awareness campaigns on HIV/AIDS prevention, alcoholism, and other social evils.
Skill Development & Vocational Training enabling women to become self-reliant.
Counseling and support networks for women facing discrimination or abuse.

✨ Impact: Women are now more informed, healthier, and confident to voice their opinions and fight for their rights, leading to long-lasting social change.

Women Rehabilitation (Mahila Punervasan)

Our organization also works for the rehabilitation of women in distress – including widows, abandoned women, domestic violence survivors, HIV-affected women, and economically deprived women.

✅ Key Initiatives:

Providing shelter, guidance, and emotional support to needy women.
Linking more than 5,000 women with sustainable employment and livelihood opportunities.
Adult literacy programs for uneducated women, helping them gain dignity and confidence.
Special focus on HIV-positive women through healthcare, counseling, nutrition support, and efforts to reduce social stigma.
Rehabilitation of women through training, job placements, and entrepreneurship support.
